Here are some of the most commonly asked questions about our services.

    1. Are you insured?   Absolutely.
    2. Can you help with the pets? We cannot feed, water, or clean up pet messes.
    3. Why do I need my own vacuum?  Vacuumes can harbor infestations of undesirable insects, and are notoriously hard to clean properly. We just won’t take the risk bringing them into your home.
    4. What other cleaning tools do I need to supply? Clients are required to have their own brooms, toilet brushes, vacuums, and garbage bin liners.
    5. How long will it take to clean my house? This varies from house to house.
    6. Can you clean on weekends or evenings? No. We strive to provide our employees with a positive work life balance, so they can be as efficient as possible.
    7. Are there cleaners you won’t use? Yes. We will not use caustics, furniture polish, or bleach. We also do not allow our clients to provide cleaning agents to our employees. All of these things may interact with the cleaners we do use, and can cause toxic fumes to remain in your home. If you use a bleach-based automatic toilet cleaner, we will need to know so we can take precautions when cleaning your restrooms.
    8. What if I have to cancel or reschedule? Just let us know at least 24 hours before hand. There is an $80.00 late cancellation fee if we do not hear from you before the end of the business day on the day before your cleaning.
    9. What is your lockout fee? Our lockout fee is 1/2 of the expected bill for the day’s cleaning. This bill is due before any further services will be performed at your location.
    10. When is my bill due? Your bill is due the day of the cleaning.
    11. What cleaning products do you use? Usually, soap, water, and the occasional specialty cleaner if required, such as for marble or natural stone counter tops, or degreaser when necessary. For more information about our cleaners, click here.
    12. What if I need something done that isn’t normally performed? Just let us know ahead of time so we can schedule some extra time to accommodate your requests
    13. What is your guarantee? We guarantee your satisfaction 100%. If anything is not performed to your standards, let us know within 24 hours, and we will return and make that area right.
    14. Do I have to purchase services for a deep clean on the first visit? Not always. Many companies do charge this fee, however, we have found that not everyone needs it. Selling services that are unnecessary is in direct violation with our guiding values. Read more about those here.
